You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund (conditions apply)
To return an item and receive your refund: The steps must be followed: READ ALL CARFULLY
1. Contact Us first to receive return instructions
2. Item must be Un-used (in new condition)
3. Item must be in original packaging with all parts, paperwork and warranty cards included
4. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back
- Shipping insurance is recommended to cover the cost of the item
- We are not responsible for damages on return
- Item must be returned with a way to track the item
5. After the item arrives back to the warehouse we will assess the item.
If we find that all instructions have been followed we will issue your refund
6. You will be refunded your purchase price minus actual shipping charges and a 10% restock fee.
Shipping instructions and what to do if you have damage.
Definition of Damage:
- Broken bars,
- Broken welds, badly bent pieces
* Shipping instruction that must be followed in order to put in a damage claim:
* 1. For Large Cages and large Orders
- * Large cages are shipped via freight carrier.
- This type of delivery will require Inspection and a Signature.
- Customer MUST note the condition of the item on the delivery receipt when signing
for it. If you cannot inspect the item at the time of delivery please NOTE: Possible Concealed Damage when you sign.
- Frailer to note damage will result in shipping damages not be covered.
2. For Small to Medium Cages and Orders
- Medium to small size cages are shipped via UPS, DHL Ground
This type of delivery will not require a signature.
Your order will be left at your door if you are not home.
Inspect your order right away for any damage.
To Report Damage:
- Call the number sent to you via email with your invoice/sales receipt
- Pictures will be required to assess damage
- Keep all boxes and packing materials
- Parts will be replaced at no cost to you provided instrutions are followed
- Damage must be reported within a week of receipt
All packaging must be kept if you have damage until the issue is resolved.

Warranty does not cover any damages due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence
Please make sure the cage you order is right for your bird. Larger parrots have strong beaks and the proper bar size is important. If you place a large parrot in one of our smaller cages and the bird damages the cage, it will not be covered under the warranty.
