Large cages are shipped via freight carrier.
- Shipping Company will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Consignee must be present at the time of delivery and willing and able to assist in removing items from the truck.
- This type of delivery will require Inspection and a Signature.
- Customer MUST note the condition of the item on the delivery receipt when signing
for it. If you cannot inspect the item at the time of delivery please NOTE: Possible Concealed Damage when you sign. - Frailer to note damage will result in shipping damages not be covered.
Medium to small size cages are shipped via UPS, TNT, or DHL Ground
This type of delivery will not require a signature.
Your order will be left at your door if you are not home.
Inspect your order right away for any damage.
WE DO NOT Offer Expedited shipping.
To Report Damage:
We will need pictures to help us assess damage
Call the number that was sent with your invoice
Or email us at info@birdcagesgalore.com with a detailed description & Pictures of the damage.
Damaged parts will be replaced as soon as possible.
Please let us know right away if you have any missing parts.
Any missing parts will be sent to you as soon as possible
Shipping Times
We work very hard to ship orders out within 5 business days.
Transit time takes from 2 to 14 business days from shipping date to delivery date.
(Depending on where you are located.)
Order Tracking
You will be emailed tracking numbers soon after your item has shipped.
Your phone number must be provided for the shipping company to deliver your order.
We must have a valid email address to send you your invoice and shipping information.
If you do not receive via email an order confirmation within 24 hours after ordering please let us know.
